Gutter Cleaning for Blocks of Flats
Ladderless gutter cleaning for blocks of flats and the property managers who look after them.
We clean gutters on blocks of flats, and we work closely with a number of property management companies in North Kent and South East London. The work is done from the ground using gutter cleaning vacuums and poles with different attachments, with wireless cameras to view and record the cleaning.
What's included
- Ladderless gutter cleaning from the ground
- RAMS provided
- Fully insured
- Downpipe flush and inspection
What managing agents can expect
We are fully insured and we provide RAMS. We use wireless cameras to view and record the cleaning as it happens.
Why timing matters for managed buildings
Overflowing gutters can lead to damp reports from residents and repair costs for the owner. A planned clean before the winter rain is usually easier to manage than an emergency call-out in January.
