2. Services

We provide professional gutter cleaning, gutter repair, fascia and soffit cleaning, roof cleaning, and related exterior property maintenance services across North Kent and South East London.

All services are subject to availability and a site assessment. Quotes provided are estimates and may be revised following an on-site inspection.

3. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes upon inspection
• Additional charges may apply for difficult access, excessive debris, or additional storeys

4. Bookings & Cancellations

By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Access & Safety

You must ensure safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring service. If our team determines that a property presents unsafe working conditions, we reserve the right to decline or postpone the service without liability.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. We accept bank transfer, cash, and major card payments.

7. Insurance & Liability

We are fully insured for public liability. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence during the provision of services, we will repair or compensate for the damage. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, structural issues).

8. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of the work being completed. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer to re-do the work or provide a partial refund.
